I don't have a server or a domain. I don't understand any of that. What should I do?
I will help you understand and acquire hosting (the place where your website is hosted on the internet) and a domain (your website's address on the internet) without purchasing unnecessary services from the provider. For an additional annual fee, you can also purchase these services directly from me.
Server for one year – from 100 Euro (depending on the size of the website).
Domain – from 15 Euro.

Experience shows that customers learn very quickly how to edit content themselves (texts, photos), without having to wait for the developer to find time for small tasks.
In addition, WordPress offers a variety of plugins and themes that make it easy to customize and expand your website individually. It is a user-friendly platform suitable for both beginners and experienced users, offering a strong community as well as numerous resources for support and further development. With WordPress, you can manage your website cost-effectively and flexibly.
What are the advantages of a user-friendly website?
A user-friendly website ensures a better user experience, which leads to visitors staying longer on your site and returning more frequently. This can be achieved through clear navigation, fast loading times, mobile optimization, and high-quality content. A user-friendly website can also increase the conversion rate and improve the overall success of your online presence.
Costs & Payment
How much does a professional website cost with you?
The costs depend heavily on the scope and the desired functions. A simple landing page (one-pager) starts at €400, while a more extensive corporate website starts at €800. Since I operate as a small business owner, no VAT is charged (§ 19 UStG), which is a price advantage, especially for founders and private individuals.
What does an online shop cost?
A start-up online shop with WooCommerce (up to 5 products) starts at €600. More extensive shops with up to 20 products, filter functions, and a customer area start at €1,000. For individual requirements, I would be happy to create a tailored offer for you.
Are there any monthly costs after the creation?
You pay a one-time fixed price for the creation of the website. Ongoing costs only arise for hosting (domain & webspace) with a provider of your choice (e.g., Hostinger or Strato) and optionally for my maintenance service (€200/month) if you do not wish to handle the technical upkeep yourself.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. Transparency is important to me. All costs are listed in detail in the offer before the project starts. If additional functions are requested during the project that were not included in the original offer, I will discuss the extra costs with you beforehand.
Process & Collaboration
How long does it take to create a website?
A landing page or a simple standard website can often be completed within 2–3 weeks, provided that all content (texts, images) is available. More complex online shops usually require 4–6 weeks. The exact schedule will be determined during the initial consultation.
What do you need from me to get started?
I need your logo, texts, images, and (if available) access to your hosting provider. If you don't have texts or images yet, I'm happy to advise you on where you can source professional material.
How does the work process work?
Send me your logo, your desired color palette, texts, photos, and some website examples that you like so that I can better understand your style. Alternatively, you can also send me an already created design for me to use as a guide.
Once I have received everything, I will begin working on my own server. When I am finished, I will present the result to you. If you like it, I will transfer the website to your server and we will complete the payment. Should any adjustments be necessary, I will make them and then upload the revised version to your server.
Do you work with templates or individual designs?
I offer both. For budget-conscious clients, I use high-quality premium templates that I adapt to your branding. For clients who want a unique brand identity, I develop a completely individual design ("Individual Development") that is tailored exactly to your goals.
Can I edit my website myself later?
Yes, absolutely! I create all websites with WordPress (and WooCommerce for shops). It is a very user-friendly system. After completion of the project, you will receive personal training from me, in which I will show you how you can easily change texts and images yourself.
Online Shops & E-Commerce
Can I add an unlimited number of products to my shop?
Technically, yes. WooCommerce is very scalable. My "Standard Online Shop" package covers the setup of up to 20 products. If you have hundreds of products, you can add them yourself after my training or hire me to handle the import.
Which payment methods can I offer my customers?
I integrate all common payment methods such as PayPal, credit card (Stripe), Klarna, SOFORT transfer, or prepayment. This builds trust with your customers and increases the likelihood of a purchase.
Is the shop legally compliant for the German market?
Yes, I use special tools (such as Germanized for WooCommerce) to ensure that invoices, tax rates, TOC confirmations, and the checkout process comply with the strict German e-commerce guidelines.
SEO & Visibility
Will I be found at number 1 on Google immediately?
To be honest: No, not immediately. SEO is a long-term process. However, with my 'Basic SEO Configuration,' I lay the technical foundation (fast loading times, meta tags, sitemap, Google Search Console) so that your site is indexed by Google in the best possible way. For top rankings, I offer more extensive SEO packages.
Why is my website not immediately visible on Google?
It can take a few days to several weeks for Google to include a new website in its index. I accelerate this process by submitting your site to the Google Search Console immediately after launch.
What does the SEO audit include?
In an audit, I check your existing website for technical errors, loading speeds, keyword optimization, and user-friendliness. You will then receive a clear action plan on how we can improve your rankings.
What security measures should my website have?
The security of your website is crucial to prevent data leaks and hacker attacks. It is important to use SSL certificates, perform regular backups, use strong passwords, and always keep security-relevant software and plugins up to date. Further measures can include the implementation of firewalls and security plugins.
Maintenance & Support
Why do I need a maintenance contract?
WordPress and plugins are constantly being updated to close security gaps. Without regular updates, your site becomes vulnerable to hacker attacks. My maintenance service (€200/month) takes this technical burden off your shoulders: I handle updates, backups, and security so you can sleep soundly.
What happens if my website breaks?
If you have booked my service subscription, I will take care of the fix immediately. Without a subscription, I offer fast support on an hourly basis (€40/hr).
Do you offer a guarantee on your work?
Yes, I provide a 6-month guarantee on all websites I create. Should any technical errors arise during this time that are attributable to my work, I will fix them free of charge.
